Working with clients

Our objective is to ensure that clients receive the best advice and service for their requirements in Information Security. To help clients achieve this, we ensure that we deliver exactly what a client requires, and we are happy to carefully discuss with clients their requirements, and clarify any issues arising.

We do not sell products or systems – Information Security Consultancy Limited is completely vendor-independent, so there is not the potential for conflict of interest.

Our approach is business-focussed, as we are conscious that to be effective, Information Security is as much about people and management, as it is about technical aspects.

Our reports will always provide clear evidence of our findings, and our recommendations are expressed in clear language.

Our fees are clearly set out for each assignment, or, where appropriate for larger assignments, for each part of an assignment. The fees will be fixed in advance so that a client knows exactly what the costs will be.

We agree with clients in advance the timescales for the undertaking of projects, so that a client knows when they will receive reports and recommendations.
